However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your engagement with us or request a refund. Please review our cancellation and refund policy outlined below:

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their engagement with Aryans Academy at any time by providing written notice to our team. Depending on the timing of the cancellation and the stage of the consulting engagement, cancellation fees may apply as follows:
  1. Early Cancellation: If a client cancels the engagement before any consulting services have been rendered or expenses incurred, no cancellation fees will apply, and any payments made in advance will be refunded in full.
  2. Mid-Engagement Cancellation: If a client cancels the engagement after consulting services have commenced but before completion, a cancellation fee may be applicable. The amount of the cancellation fee will depend on the progress made and any costs incurred up to the cancellation date.
  3. Late Cancellation: If a client cancels the engagement at a late stage or after completion of the consulting services, no refund will be provided, and the client will be responsible for any outstanding fees or expenses incurred.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
  1. Duplicate Payment: If a client accidentally makes duplicate payments for consulting services, we will refund the duplicate payment amount upon notification and verification.
  2. Unsatisfactory Service: If a client is not satisfied with the consulting services provided by Aryans Academy, they may request a refund within a reasonable timeframe. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and refunds may be issued at our discretion.
  3. Failure to Deliver Services: If Aryans Academy fails to deliver the agreed-upon consulting services due to reasons within our control, such as unavailability of consultants or technical issues, a full or partial refund may be provided, depending on the circumstances.

Refund Process

To request a refund, clients must submit a written refund request to our team, along with any supporting documentation or evidence. Refund requests will be reviewed promptly, and refunds, if approved, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method.
